The Birkett family are longtime friends of mine and they are like family to me! I just want to thank all of you that came on todays ride and made it so much fun for everyone! Shout out to the ladiez! I think we had more girlz on this ride than ever before? It must be Dudleys new aftershave lotion? Later dudes!

This ride was so much fun! We brought Sarah Birkett along for her first Ratz ride and she really enjoyed our rag-tag bunch! Her husband and friend of Rockers, Chris joined us for lunch with their two kiddos in Florence, AZ and the rest is history! (Last week we all forgot cameras and this week we had 6 cameras)? We hope you enjoy all of the photos!....

This was a great ride and we had about 11 riders come along! Usually I would post a photo for everyone to see?.... Funny thing is, out of 11 riders, not one of us remembered our cameras today! Don't worry, we won't forget next week!

Ratz and friends join forces with the East Valley HOG Chapter for Sliney

Note: The tallest Rat in the bunch in the back row with his sunglasses on! That's right folks it's Whale Rat! He is Soldier Ratz Dad and one of my favorite people I have met through motorcycling! Oh man, I can't pick just one? Actually all the people I have met through motorcycling are my favorites! Here are a bunch of great folks!.... Not sure what Bea is doing to Ricks shirt? Also not sure what Dudley is doing behind my back? I know he is up to something? Also thanks Dudley and Biggy for leading us to Tim's place. We only had to make one u-turn? LOL

All together, even with a rainy day ride everyone that showed raised a total of $1500.00 for John and his family needs! The word is, the funds will probably go to paying his bike off so as he comes out of this, he can worry about getting well, instead of his MC Payment! These are just a few photos from todays event for Johnny!

This was a great ride to do on Superbowl Sunday! We rode up into the mountains and were back home in time for the game! Note: Willie Rat showing some respect for the sign with the cowboy! LOL

Ride to benefit John Sliney February 8th

This was one of many rides I took with John and I remember those days being good and adventurous ones.


*February 8th Meeting Place: The Human Bean Coffee Shop S/W Corner of Country Club and Main in Mesa! Next to Joetta's and Average Joe's! Departure Time 9am! Please join us for a very important ride to support John Sliney and his family in this time of need! The ride will be Sunday February 8th. There is a minimum $10 donation. This event will be hosted by Tim Donovan and donations will be collected at his house which happens to be the starting point of the ride. The Ratz will be meeting and riding over as a group to ride the route with others! We hope you all will join us in supporting our friend John!

Ratz thoughtz and prayerz for Sliney!

Our friend John Sliney was involved in a serious accident! We wish John and his family well with a full recovery. I have personally known John for about 6 years and have always respected him for saying what is on his mind and wearing his heart on his sleeve! As soon as John can have visitors, he will have a hospital room full of Ratz! Count on it!

The Ratz gearing up for their "New Years Day" ride called "Frosty Tailz"! Departing from their usual spot "The Human Bean" coffee shop on Country Club and Main st. in Mesa, AZ.

Ratz Ride to "Butcher's Hook"

Happy Ratz doing what they love and know best....eating, eating and more eating. Fine dining at the Butchers Hook restaurant in wonderful, known around the world famous, Punkin Center AZ.

Seems these days, we can't find any dining establishment that serves your entire meal on just one plate!! First day in to the "New Year" and most Ratz have already violated their new years resolutions!!! Ah, what the hell! There is always next year!! Will someone pass the syrup!

Oh, sorry...I guess it was not the syrup that was being asked for. Seems like one Rat is more interested in the ketchup, and the steak sauce, and the hot sauce, and the, well he did stop at the mustard. But judging by the smile on that face, he is quite content!

Cocoa Ratz Awezome Ride

Today "The Ratz"- Biggy, Rocker and Budha chased Cocoa up the mountain to Globe! We even had patches of snow on the side of the road. The weather was awesome and we ended up eating at a place called Jerry's! Great ride with great friends. Who could ask for anything more?....
Oh yeah, Cocoa had her usual chocolate milk and 1/8th of a waffle. The rest of us ate like a pack of wild ratz.
